The combination of the goat cheese and balsamic vinegar is totally fantastic!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes    Serving Size: 4

  • Bitter greens or mesculin mix
  • Goat cheese
  • Walnuts
  • Dried dates
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Wash and dry bitter greens. Arrange in a salad bowl or plate. Top with walnuts, dried dates and goat cheese. Drizzle with good quality balsamic vinegar to taste.
