I must admit that Meat Loaf is not one of my favorite foods. This recipe is from a friend who made it hoping I would change my thoughts about meat loaf. Even though this recipe is great, I still can't say I like meat loaf all that much.

Preparation Time: 1 Hour and 30 Minutes    Serving Size: 6

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • ketchup (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes. Take out of the oven cover top with ketchup, if desired, and cook 15 more minutes.
