I got this recipe from a friend a few years back. When I saw it had "Pepsi" in it I thought how strange; but after making the London Broil I realized it must have a purpose because the meat was very tender.

Preparation Time: 24 Hours    Serving Size: 6

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup Pepsi
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 London Broil cut of beef

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Pierce meat on both sides and place in a non-metallic pan. Pour marinade over meat and place in refrigerator. Marinade for 24 hours. Grill to desired doneness. Cut into 1-inch strips and serve.
