Use this sauce in many ways. Pour over brown and wild rice
for a spicy treat. Flavor corn, black beans or just about any vegetable
with this sauce—either during cooking or add before serving.
Prep Time: 20 minutes Serving Size: 6 ounces
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons dark molasses
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until
finely minced. Serve as a condiment for hamburgers. Use also
for seasoning cooked rice, vegetables or any meat.
