- 1 Package Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe German Chocolate
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs total
- (1) 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup each mini-chocolate chips and flaked coconut
- 1 container Duncan Hines® Creamy Home style Cream Cheese
oven to 350°. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Blend cake
mix, water, oil and 3 eggs in large bowl at low speed about 30
seconds. When ingredients are moistened, mix on medium speed for
2 minutes. Spoon batter half-full into muffin tins. In a small
bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg. Mix until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and coconut. Spoon 1 tablespoon cheese
mixture into batter of each cupcake. Bake 25 minutes or until
toothpick comes out clean. Cool in muffin tins for 15 minutes.
When completely cool, frost cupcakes with frosting.
