A very basic tartar sauce that is based on the dressing
in my Creamy Cole Slaw. As with most sauces, adjust ingredient amounts to
taste. Make early enough to allow the flavors to marry.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce,
Texas Pete hot sauce and salt and pepper until well blended.
Use the small-hole side of a box grater to grate the onion,
being careful to collect the juice. Add to the mix. Mince finely
the hamburger dill chips and add to the mix. Place in a covered
bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or
as long as you can before serving. Stays fresh for up to three
days under refrigeration.
